The following activities were carried out in this project:
- Characterisation and biogeochemical evaluation of the materials from various deposits, as well as the surrounding soils.
- Evaluation based on a previous study of the needs for treatment of the materials or the possibility of using them to produce Technosols for their implementation in the environmental recovery of the unit.
In this way, the closure design for several deposits was carried out, as well as the improvement of a peat bog system as part of the environmental commitment.
