Following the implementation of different technological innovation and research projects, there are a series of benefits offered by Law No. 30309, through the National Council for Science, Technology and Innovation (Concytec) for R&D&I projects.
Law No. 30309 – Law that promotes Scientific Research (I), Technological Development (D) and Technological Innovation (i); seeks to encourage companies to invest in R&D&I projects that impact the competitiveness and productivity of their organizations.
With this, the approval of deductible expenses that make the execution of this type of projects more profitable was achieved, in addition to the recognition as an organisation that is committed to research and development to be more competitive.
